Sun & Moon Tag Team GX cards climbing, some nearly doubling in a year
Almost all 29 mainline-set Tag Team holo rares from 2019 have risen over the past year on TCG Player, per a PTCGRadio analysis covered by Wargamer. Slowpoke & Psyduck GX and Mewtwo & Mew GX nearly doubled; Pikachu & Zekrom GX spiked to $46 on June 1.
The Pikachu & Zekrom spike landed the same day its 30th Celebration reprint was revealed, which says more about hype timing than scarcity; $46 was only a temporary high. These were printed heavily, some even in League Battle decks, so raw copies staying liquid is plausible but big grades are a different question. Worth watching whether the anniversary spotlight holds prices after the news cycle moves on.
