Pokémon Center's 30th Anniversary drop is $9.99 mini tins, not the UPC
According to Polygon, Pokémon Center restocked 30th Anniversary mini tins at a $9.99 MSRP rather than the Ultra Premium Collection fans were expecting. Hours-long queues, eight separate tin listings, and aggressive anti-bot checks made checkout a gamble.
A two-pack tin at MSRP is cheap consolation when sealed 30th Anniversary product is scarce everywhere else. The real takeaway: the Ultra Premium Collection still has no Pokémon Center preorder with release said to be a couple of weeks out. Expect the same queue chaos, or worse, when that lands.
