Free Mewtwo promo with $15 Pokémon purchase as 30th Celebration Wave 2 drops
SheKnows reports Macy's and six other chains will give a Mewtwo promo card, carrying Pokémon 30 and What's Your Favorite campaign logos, to anyone spending $15 on Pokémon TCG items as October 2's Wave 2 stock arrives.
Promo-with-purchase cards get handed out in big numbers, and with seven chains involved this Mewtwo will not be scarce. The useful signal is distribution: Macy's, Five Below and BoxLunch stocking TCG shows how wide the anniversary push runs. Note Macy's confirmed nothing on online timing, so the 6 a.m. PT chatter is guesswork.
Our read, from the people who buy and sell these cards. Opinion, not financial advice.
