Ascended Heroes ETB goes invite-only on Pokémon Center ahead of possible restock
IGN reports the US Pokémon Center listing for the Ascended Heroes Elite Trainer Box now reads “Invite-Only,” suggesting a restock wave. Cited TCGplayer data has sealed ETB cases reaching as high as $1,762.61, with a Mega Gengar ex Special Illustration Rare over $1,000.
Invite-only is the least bad fix: it starves bots and routes boxes to actual buyers, at least on paper. But Prismatic Evolutions showed the pattern—supply waves dent prices, then they rebound when the wave ends, and triple-retail ETBs say demand still outruns print. Watch whether these invites genuinely reach collectors before calling anything calmer.
